At Kidshand, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’re committed to making your return or refund process clear, fair, and hassle-free.


⏳ Timeframes
  • Order Cancellation: Within 4 hours of placing your order.

  • Return Request: Within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund Processing: Within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    (Note: It may take 10–15 business days for your bank to complete the refund transaction.)


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for non-sale items under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item is in new or gently used condition.

  • Item is unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • Return includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.

  • Missing original tags or packaging.

  • Damages caused by customer misuse.

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads) that do not affect product function.

  • Issues due to customer error:

    • Typographical mistakes.

    • Incorrect product selection.

    • Errors when uploading custom images/designs.


🔄 Order Exchanges & Cancellations
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., wrong size or design).
    You may cancel your order within 4 hours and place a new one.

  • After 4 hours, your order may begin processing, and cancellation might no longer be possible.


🚚 Return Shipping
  • Damaged or defective items: Return shipping is free of charge.

  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

    • Additional shipping costs due to incorrect address entries.


📝 How to Start a Return or Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include the following information:

  • Full name on the order.

  • Order number.

  • Clear description of the issue.

  • Photos showing the problem (if applicable).

  • Your preferred resolution: refund or replacement.


📤 Return Instructions
  1. Wait for Approval
    Do not ship your item until you receive confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  2. Prepare Your Package
    Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.

  3. Ship the Item
    Send the item using your preferred shipping method. If applicable, you’ll be provided a prepaid label. Otherwise, please share the tracking number once shipped.

  4. Receive Confirmation
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an update via email.
    If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued promptly.


💵 Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

  • Original shipping charges will be included in the refund if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • If the refund does not appear in your account within 10–15 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer.
