Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday (EST), excluding U.S. federal holidays:

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

🔍 Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

• Tracking info may take 3–7 business days to update.

• If no tracking appears, your package may not have been scanned by the carrier yet.

• You can track your shipment anytime via our Order Tracking page.

🛠️ Custom & Personalized Items

Custom orders may require extra processing time, depending on design complexity. If additional time is needed, we’ll notify you directly.

🌍 Shipping Limitations

We currently only ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship to:

• 🚫 Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands

• ⚠️ APO/FPO addresses

• 🌍 International destinations

🏠 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

• Deliveries to incorrect addresses

• Lost or returned packages due to address errors

• Additional fees for reshipping

If a package is returned due to an invalid address, it may be disposed of by our logistics partner. A reshipping fee will apply if you request delivery again.
